Three-Dimensional (3-D) Visualization of Ground Penetrating Radar Data
GeoModel, Inc. has developed a technique for converting Ground Penetrating Radar into a three-dimensional (3-D) representation of actual GPR data.

The picture above shows a survey being conducted at a golf course in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to determine the depth of the water table below the ground surface.
The image above shows a 3-D visualization of the water table contours at the golf course site.
The GPR data below was obtained from a boat across a waste pit. Some GPR transects were made around the waste pit on land. Contaminated soil was mapped by GPR and then converted into 3-D images with special software.
